Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough Administrator of the Borough of River Edge, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, in the Council Chambers of the Borough Hall Building, 705 Kindermack Road, River Edge, New Jersey on February 15, 2012 at 10:00 AM and publicly opened and read aloud for the Cherry Blossom Community Park Soil Remediation Project.
It is the intention of the specifications and plans to provide and secure the removal of approximately 150 tons of contaminated soil from the proposed Cherry Blossom Community Park in the Borough of River Edge, Bergen County, New Jersey complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal, herein after referred to as the “Cherry Blossom Park Project.” Please note that backfill materials,see Section 7, must also meet the NJDEP's clean fill guidance as outlined in Alternative and Clean Fill Guidance for SRP Sites available on the NJDEP's website.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Committee of the Township of Edgewater Park, New Jersey, for the Wood Lake Park Improvement Project in the Township of Edgewater Park, in the County of Burlington until 10:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, March 1, 2012 in the office of the Township Clerk of the Township of Edgewater Park, County of Burlington, at 400 Delanco Road, Edgewater Park, New Jersey 08010.
The proposed base bid includes improvements to Wood Lake Park in Edgewater Park Township located off of York Drive and Lafayette Avenue, including the reconstruction of 2,500 Square Yards of asphalt path, construction of an additional 1,750 Square Yards of a new asphalt path, selective clearing, grading, landscaping, and the installation of storm sewer pipe and inlets. The work also includes an alternate bid for the provision of water service to the park and drinking fountains.
